Its not food related Rich. Its the meds I'm taking, I now take a total of 12 tablets a day, six in the morning, 6 in the evening.

Just got my second Covid-19 jab booked for this coming Monday afternoon.

Day off the next day.......Just in case!
Just had my second jab an hour ago - was told I had to sit in the car park for 15 minutes before driving, just in case.
The nurse did say there was more likelihood of mild side effects from the second jab than from the first. Paracetamol was suggested in the event of pain and/or headaches.
It was the AstraZeneca version I had

The funny thing is , I was told there was less chance of side effects with the second dose of AstraZeneca when I asked!
Go figure

Anyhow, glad to be getting it and hoping that the figures/rates of infections keep going on a downward path !

Evening all, That's all the dwarf sunflower plants back in the greenhouse & everything else covered up with fleece/bubble wrap against tonight's frost. Looking at the long term forecast this might be the last sub zero overnight temps.

Missus has managed to hoover up the broadband cable in the conservatory there are bared wires but it still works, Wi-Fi is pants in there.

Honey glazed gammon joint with baked spuds & stir fry veg for tea Going to be a train driving evening with a bottle of Henry's.

Wi-Fi boosters are quite cheap to buy.--

Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams
