As Trikey said, a list of advisories in 2016, no mot since December 2017.
Nearside Front Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.2)
Offside Front Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.2)
Nearside Front Suspension arm has slight play in a ball joint (2.4.G.2)
Offside Front Suspension arm has slight play in a ball joint (2.4.G.2)

The engine is dead as well, I rang earlier. He said he had some spare engines there, but would cost extra. Sounded a nice chap though, having to move stuff as rented premises coming to an end apparently.
