The most simple wireless setup is using a USB to Bluetooth solution (Bluetooth print adapter). Then you can print using your PC's Bluetooth.
They come pretty cheap. Don't know prices in the UK, but I paid 20£ for mine. Spôôk

HP C6180 is a 4 in 1 multifunction (print/scan/copy/fax) machine with built in wireless, curentlly retails at £249 or if you trade in any old printer or fax you get it for £149 at Staples

Thanks! I gave up and bought an epson multifunction for £66 with no wireless...I will just have to carry on trudging upstairs to print but then I have an additional £100 odd to treat the love of my life!
