Default Firefox tabs

Bit of an odd one this.

Say you've got 5 tabs open in firefox, on a couple of computers each tab has the red x next to or "in" the tab itself to close the tab. However, I've got one computer and the red x is all the way over on the right hand side of the bar, so say you're viewing tab # 3 the x is all the way over there ----->

Only does it on one machines, any ideas??

Differences in version numbers?

The one being "odd" is 1.5.0.3, will check the other computers next time they're on.

I noticed this on mine the other day, each tab had a x to close it but now theres just one tab X to shut the active window.

My version is 1.5.0.9

Type about:config into the address line.
Then search for browser.tabs.closeButtons by typing tab into the filter line.
Set the value to ...

1 = every tab gets its own button
2 = no button at all
3 = just one button on the right hand side

That's it.

Update to version 2.0.0.1 - it's been out for ages
