Searched bill gates wondewrful "help" options no joy, got a new hp laser printer last week so thought would give them a ring even though it was only a problem within word not the printer.

The new drivers had altered the word print settings so had to go into Tools Options and tick Background Printing and Drawing Objects in the print tab options.

Nice to receive a decent service, bought a new tower unit end of last year from HP and was impressed with the service received then aswell.

you may get problems with Graphics if the printer does not have enough memory

What does the print preview option show, at the graphics there?

Also if using office 2003 up have you installed the MS doc image printing option, if so print it to an mdi or tiff and again check the graphic is there

PS office 2007 is very weird!
Not sure I like MS attempts at its' latest interface

PS again (not wanting to take the thread off topic) I use OpenOffice. It's free and it's not made by Microsoft. Two good reasons to download it
