Really ? Can you post a link. I looked on the MSN website but couldn't see anything.

Was it the door corrosion complaint or my complaint about being ripped off by Parks Jaguar

Just read the MSN article - is that a word for word copy from the original? It's just that the way it's phrased is that MSN helped Jim get it sorted.
