Hope it works out for you Dave. What will likely happen is they will pay for your HGV training, and you will have to sign a contract to say you won't leave the company for say 3 years. They will probably deduct a fee from your wages each week/month,as a "bond". This basically means you are paying them back for the cost of training you,, so if you leave within contract, they don't lose their money. and once the total is repaid,if your contract period is up, you can leave to go elsewhere for better pay/conditions, and you get your training bond back.

Got the Job starting Monday next week get in.

Will need too sort my alternator on Christine in as well, just managed too get home after the interview yesterday.

Battery light was on constantly.
Very nearly didn't make it back.
