So, today I started up and drove the 600 for the first time in 5 months since winter now seems to be over. All the fluid levels were spot on. Tyres were only down a couple of PSI so pumped them all up. I did have to jump start it using my 75 diesel but it fired up no problem and purred away nicely.

I took it straight onto the A92 and M90 towards South Queensferry since it was a nice day. It opened up beautifully and gave me a chance to push the brake pedal a few times and thankfully the brakes are nice and free. I’ll be valeting the car next week to get it ready for Pride or Longbridge. I can’t wait to drive it down there. While I was down in South Queensferry, I took a few snaps with the phone. It would of been rude not to on a nice evening like this with a wonderful back drop. ��

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I look forward to showing it off at POL and future meets including 75 meets. My 75s will no longer be attending.

I am using the same technique with battery disconnect and can confirm it is a great strategy if car is not used daily.
