Turbo question
Hi all, I was having my tourer viewed and asked is it Turbo? To which I replied I don't know - so here we go!
Rover 75 Tourer, 05 diesel auto with 45K on the clock, Contemporary. Also I am trying to trace a wiring fault but can not make head nor tale of the circuits on the Rave disc, is there a simple version I can follow or can a member help? Leslie. |

Yep it has a turbo.
Can you give some details of the wiring fault you have? |

Hi Mike, I got my garage to change my head light bulbs, leaving me with the bulb failure display lit up perm. Can the supply to this indicator light be disconnected or should I just replace the bulbs for Can-Bus types?

Will be easier to replace the bulbs than disable the warning light. Plus it is a useful feature.

As mentioned Les far easier to sort the fault out. The light switch module monitors the power supplied to the headlights, and if it detects a fault the information is sent via the K-Bus to the instrument panel to bring the alarm up.

Had this issue recently and despite changing the bulbs the bulb out light stayed on. Disconnected the battery for 5 mins and issue was solved on re-connection. CAUTION, some radio's have codes and they may be lost with this operation, check if your radio needs a code and if so, you have it!

Put the correct bulbs in, switch on the lights and then off, job done

Do the replacement bulbs have the same INPUT wattage as the originals?
