Default Little help please

I'm doing a little work on my 180 se in the photo there is a orange and grey wire in the under bonnet fuse box can any body identify it please also what is the little plug at the bottom circled thanks gordon.

It seems rather heavy duty and looks like a DIY addition to me. Could be anything.

The orange / slate is the factory tow bar feed, it actually plugs into the underbonnet fuse box if you have the plug. It is fed to behind the glovebox, 6mm2 thinwall. No idea on the other one.
