I’ll join you lordy, but only with juice! No beer for three weeks here, trying to shed a few stones so beer, cake, chocolate and crisps are gone!

Hiya Andy how you doing pal.

Good luck with the diet mate I'm sure you can smash this.

This week has been a bit too much, Working 7 days a week mixture of everything including cars lack of sleep and the constant pressure too get thing s done so tonight got time off and I'm taking and going too make the most of it.

Same here. No booze, chocolate, cakes, biscuits and have cut down on all dairy products.
