Just finished up my plans on the armrest.
There are 6 small warm-white LEDs on the sides. Because they have flat heads, to sit perfectly flush with the plastic. If you run your finger over then, you don't even feel them They look really bright on the photo, but in reality it's about the same as the interior lights. They are switched via a reedswitch (just underneath the screw on the front) and a magnet inside the lid (plenty of room when you take the plastic inside out). Basicaly, they switch on when you open the lid and switch off when you close the lid. The LED inside the aux-socket is powered by the power of the socket itself. So when you take the keys out, the power to the socket is switched off and the LED doesn't light up.

The last month I have done:
- Swapped my engine (1.8) - Replaced the clutch and slave - Installed the Tazu Master cylinder - Replaced the rear brake pads - Adjusted the handbrake - Put on my summerwheels - Cleaned and waxed Pretty happy with that..... |

Took my Daughter to test-drive this: (A ZT180).
But it doesn't look good - Belts not done and won't move on price! But she loved it all the same.....

Just added a couple of 'Black Oak' bits to the console and enabled the digital speedo

The price was £1995.00 And they said they will do the Belts for an extra £205.00 but won't take £400.00 off the price and leave the Belts...???
Was very nice though - only 69000 miles!

Bill, to be fair that's a typical screen price. It's low miles in a decent colour. Private in the AutoTrader it would be listed at fifteen hundred quid. Try and drop them two hundred and budget on the belts.
Looking at the TF in the picture, that's a typical price again.. |

I tried Pab... they wouldn't budge - I think they have another interested party, but he'll ask the same thing about Belts. (Should).
Oh, is that what it is...???

Today I replaced the disc and pads on the back-I used Mintex and found the pads a very very tight fit I had admitted defeat and got the file out to shave acouple of mill off-the only way I got the beggers on!. Whilst underneath I also re-fixed a couple of the heat shields-simple case of slipping some penny washers on the enlarged holes
