Default Roof rack

I am thinking of getting a roof rack for going on holiday later this year. Rover 75 saloon

I don’t really want to get one of the types that clamps to the bodywork above the door shuts, and I am assuming they are available that screw into the fixings under the grommets in the roof gutters.

Any suggestions/ recommendations please?
Pics if possible.

Also any comments/recommendations on roof boxes?

Thanks

The best roof rack (and as far as I know the only on that uses the gutter fixings) is the official Rover one. They pop up on ebay from time to time, or you could try posting in the wanted section here?

may I ask why you don't want ones that clamp to the roof above the door? Thule or solid and do not cause any damage.

Wrong part number those are for tourer.
Saloon part number is CAB100370.

Also they probably don't have stock I've found that out a few times when ordering parts from them.

Yes CAB100370 is the original part number for saloon, but according to Rimmers CAB000080PMA is also correct. See item 1 here https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-GRID001526

Tourer items are further down the page (Item 904)

Thanks for the note re possible out of stock.
