That's the copings done, also touched up the patchy bits on the vertical faces. Not surprised there were some patchy bits, repainted the wall a similar colour to what it was, off white and I think I was getting snowblind! Finished and brushes cleaned just in time to watch Prince Philip's funeral, couldn't say why but somehow feels like the right thing to do.

WE ARE PREMIER LEAGUE
To celebrate Norwich city's return to the premier league here's a little gift to my forum friends... A link to a 20% discount on Lacons ales and beers and they deliver.. Just make sure you put the code in at checkout. https://lacons.co.uk/tnc/. PS I'm pretty certain that this offer is open 24/7 but if not it will be live at 8pm this evening when Norwich kick off today's match. Cheers Ian |

There's a flying rat (fleabitten looking pigeon) living dangerously swinging around on one of the bird feeders. It scares the wee birds away frantically flapping its wings to stay on the feeder, don't put out the seeds to feed flying rats! Chased it a couple of times but it keeps coming back, if its not careful it could be on borrowed time!

Morning. Day two of Ging's three dayshifts. This time I am going back to bed, didn't yesterday but on autopilot this morning. Considering taking the Lord's day of rest today, need to go out and get a new head for the garden hose though, both heads we have leak, water spraying out of joints in a fine mist. Watered the pots last evening, I ended up wetter than the plants.
