Default Who is the most interesting person you've had a conversation with?

As the subject states.

Doesn't have to be somebody famous but just a conversation that was interesting enough to have it stick in your mind.

Mine for starters:-

Stephen Hawking.

We spoke of MND and the Universe

I have to go with 2 as well, Denise Van Outen, when I worked on the Big Breakfast with her, she is really funny and we had a lot of good conversations. And Chris Barrie, a fellow E-type owner, who also has a large collection of classic and vintage motorcycles, and is a very intellectual and entertaining chap, who is very easy to talk to

Does talking to myself count?
