Default Mobile phones...

Hiya all,
I am looking at picking up a new phone but cannot really decide on which one to go for. Currently use a blackberry pearl which has been fine but my other phone is over due upgrade.

As I quite like the BB platform has anybody got experience of the storm2

The iPhone was the phone that did it for me except the poor camera IMHO.

There's a new iPhone in the pipeline. It should be unveiled soon. So maybe it's worth waiting a bit.

I went onto the Storm two as soon as I was able to upgrade Lates.

Very pleased with it. Ticks all the boxes the Storm one didn't

I find it invaluable for e-mails and use it at work as an internet modem for my lappy.

Vodafone provided it, plus free landline calls plus 700 texts plus unlimited internet for £21.99 per month.

I know I'll be pilloried for this but, in my view, the Storm is a functional business tool, the Iphone is a fashion accessory.

My logic isnt too much disimilar to yours Paul, the i phone being a status symbol but then again I dont own one nor do I wish to follow the sheep.
This phone is to replace the samasung tocco I have which tbh is not a good handset, so most phones would be an improvement.

I've got an HTC HD2 which runs Windows Mobile but which is really, really good!

It's on T-Mobile and managed to negotiate a deal with them (after threatening to leave, actually leaving and then being invited back ) where the phone was FREE and my monthly payments came down by £5!

Finally chose a BB storm 2. It was a close call between this phone and the X10. Seems as both cars have in car chargers / office has mains chargers I couldnt be doing with buying more accessories.
