Default How to for kv6 thermostat replacement?

Where is the how to help replace the kv6 thermostat housing? I know i have seen it before but i can't find it anywhere now. Is it on this forum or have i seen it on another forum? I have tried googleing and it's not showing up

Please help me

Having fitted 5 now myself it's nice to have the benefit of the different HOWTO's !

One difference/shortcut to mention is that only ONE alloy inlet manifold has to be removed...........the Front one !
Disturb as little as possible is my motto ...........if it saves time.

Newbies do now!!
1. Plenum drains..all 3 or 4 year dependent
2. Cooling fan..All speeds functioning
3. Bonnet cable divider block
