Default Optional Items

Looking through my 2004 price list, options section, I understand what a "Auxiliary fuel burning heater £210.00" is but what was a "Diesel Parking Heater at £575.00" ?

And does anyone have one fitted ?

Is the parking heater just the auxiliary heater + timing unit + remote?

Yes it is.

You had these two items, a remote and a timer unit in the center cubby.

That is expensive for those two items. In reality the remote is all you need.

That seems awfully expensive for just 2 little pieces of electronics... an additional £365.00 ...

Not quite.

You need this unit [black telestart unit] to receive the the signals from the remote, plus a wiring loom and a aerial that lives behind the front grill.
