Onwards and upwards as they say...Don't lose the little black O rings in the water feed pipes!
I've done that before and the floor got a good wash
It is a difficult decision to make Jeff, I have been there myself with my Gran. So I sympathies with you Jeff, but at the end of it all you know it is for the best.

Hope everything is fine at the care home Jeff,we had the same last November,Lesleys elderly Aunt aged 90 could not cope living on her own,we had the chance for her to go into a home at Brooke House Nr Norwich, she got on fine, made new friends and is now nearly running the place.

It is very comforting knowing someone is on hand to care for her 24/7,the staff are wonderful.

Lets hope all go,s well for Ros's Mum and she likes it

Soon I'll find repose

And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Thanks Steve,

This is a six week respite care and is funded by the NHS for that period
Ros is back here at work now and she has told me she doesn't think that it is the place for a permanant stay after the six weeks.

There is somewhere else that may better suit Ivy's requirements but there is no NHS funding so she would have to pay straight away, this isn't really a problem if the home offers a better environment for Ivy .

We are going later to see Ivy so I'll let you all know my thoughts after the visit.

The answer will be yes Freddie. Aprils meet will be dependant on the weather, as we know April and weather are two sides of the same coin.
