Bright and sunny one here too. But definitely nippy first thing.

Quizzie's had her Friday morning swim and is currently fast asleep after her lunch. . Out for a walk with boyfriend Bertie tomorrow morning then off to the Nano in the afternoon. It's a tough life........

Washed the Focus, time somehow vanished yesterday . She needs a proper going over and some quality wax on her before the nasty weather really arrives. Not a single water bead in sight . But at least she's not carrying Cornish mud around any more. .

The sun has finally come out this afternoon, Proper warm now hoping the rays ripen the remaining chillis (habanados zero heat) & sweet peppers.

One of those ASDA boil in the bag "roast beef with onion gravy" doodahs with taters, carrots, peas & cabbage for tea tonight.

The sun was out all day here but it was bettered by a strong, cool wind.

I still haven't recovered from the several (very) early rises then London expedition, still knackered. Went to the pharmacy to collect the hormone gel and hopefully get my energy levels back on an even keel . . . . sorry, we haven't got any, we're waiting for it to come in

Had a nice drive out to Fowey, saw yet another 75 saloon. Unfortunately I had to cut my trip short. So home via Tesco’s at Callington. Then topped up the tank ready for Sunday’s trip.

Chicken casserole with green beans for tea.

Just a wee, ok large, single malt to round of the evening.

Clear blue sky has greeted me this morning.

Car cleaning duties today. 3 cars to be done, my two and my neighbours car.
