O2 Issues Refunds
You might be due a refund if you were a pay-monthly customer with O2 between 2011 and 2019. It has been fined £10.5m by Ofcom for overcharging on the final bills of leaving customers. Some customers have already been refunded but others have disappeared off the radar and O2 will donate their refunds to charity. Get your claim in if you think that you are eligible.
