Default Gift ideas

Hi guys

One of my friends is moving to the USA next month to start a new life there with his partner. I want to get a small gift for them but not sure what. Budget is up to about £60 or thereabouts. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Are they alright for decent travel bags?

When a friend of mine moved to Australia, I typed out recipes for soda bread and potato bread onto a reduced contrast image of each, then had them mount in acrylic blocks. Was very cheap, quite stylish (I thought - so did he apparently), would suit as a house warming gift, a memory of home, as well as a practical idea to cook some home made bread from the motherland

Acrylic photo block ,not the cheapest just the first one that popped up on Google to give you an idea (plus I was working in Jessops at the time and got staff discount lol)

Obviously a soda and potato bread recipe is not going to work for them, but make something relevant to them?

He is, yes. Most things Jap or American. He's had a few Rovers but not too keen on them...

How about you take one of your stunning photographs of somewhere dear to your friend and enlarge and frame it?

It would be a great gift and also personal from you too
