I quit smoking three years ago using snus - it's not very well known outside Sweden and it's not for everyone, in fact I'm not even recommending it other than as something to maybe read up on.

But when all else fails it has a very good record of helping people quit smoking, and is dramatically less harmful. Google's got plenty of info on it.

Other than that, stay strong and good luck.
