Finally got to use my aircon again yesterday after fitting Jules' Resistor kit. - Well, actually BigRuss did that part!

I also ordered the Viton rings at the same time and sure enough one had worked free - no oily mess yet though, so luckily they were replaced in time.

Huge thanks to both of you.
