The manual is about as useful as a one-armed paper hanger with piles.
I am suffering from brain overload though.

What do I need to press?
Just tap the on/off button top left on the unit, same to get back to the console.

Thanks for that, I think that I was holding the button for too long.

All pretty well sorted now except for the radio as I have to extend the aerial and tidy up.

I am considering an order once the RDS/TMC units start rolling in again.

One question, does this unit have a dedicated Sub pre-out output??? I want to use a Vibe CBR12 active sub.

I have noticed in the pics on Sean's website a blue wire marked 'Amp' but I take it this is probably a switching wire to turn on an amp or active sub.

If it does not have pre-out for a sub, what would be the best way to connect such a device??

It does not have an amp output, I used the rear speaker output it works fine and the blue wire is used for the switched live output to the amp

Hi kopite

1/. I will leave to the good members of the forum

2/. Under the dash but away from the windscreen. Others I am sure will chime in with other locations which worked for them

3/. It will connect via the IPOD dock but how well the IPHONE 3G will function I will again leave to our membership here

4/. That will be available soon, we have the rights to supply it here but the developer is on his honeymoon and we are waiting for him to return (and recover) to finish the process.

Great Questions !

I would remove the SD card and then try it agian, just by use the device manager, "should" not cause any problems. it might be your SD card that is causing the problem, did you put the device manager on the same card as the sat nav program?
