Default Condensation on inside of xenons

Lens is okay and rubber caps in place, so I have to assume it’s the seal Between lens and body, any help on how to and what to use to reseal?
Thanks

Just seal them with black mastic or something. Take the caps off the back to dry them out, then chuck a bag of silica inside

That sounds good, thought it would be a full strip down.
Thanks

It is also worth understanding that when refurbishing these lamps, they often move the lenses slightly due to the applied pressures and slight movements may possibly allow the seal to be slightly compromised.
The only way to sort this is to strip the lens off the body, leave the sealant well alone, but add some small bead alongside the pre-existing sealant at the critical point of the lens to seal bed to re-enforce what is there.
The silica gel gear also sounds a good plan !

Removing the lens is easy enough, just place the complete unit in the oven at about 120c for 15 to 20 mins. Once removed the lens just needs a bit of encouragement and it will come off. You can buy the correct butyl sealer in strips, push a strip of this in the groove where the lens goes and heat it again in the oven for another 20 mins and push it together.

Probably best to do this while the wife is out or make an oven out of a box and a paint stripper heat gun.

You wont melt the headlight unless there is direct heat contact.
