Default Noise when opening the car

When i open or close my Rover 75 Tourer there is a noise coming from of a component near the battery, as you can listen in the vídeo below:

https://streamable.com/wdmlpc

Does anyone know what might be? Is it bad?

Thank you for your help!

I would suspect the fuel burning heater. Can you disable it to see if the noise disappears?

To be honest, I don't know as I've never had one. I don't think it's particularly difficult though. Hopefully someone will be along shortly who can advise .

Just done a quick search. It seems fuse 8 in the underbonnet fuse box is for the fuel burning heater (fbh), so all you need do is remove this fuse to see it it stops your noise. If it does, then the fbh needs attention

Cliff

Edit: beaten to it!
