Default Rover 75 0 km in Argentina !

Do you know there is a 0 km Rover 75 in Argentina?
In a city situated in the south of the Buenos Aires Province, there is a Rover 75 brand new for sale.

In fact they told me, the owner doesent want to to sell it. So he asks for U$S30.000

Today i read there is another 75 0km in my town, and his owner is asking U$S 25.000.

(Remember un Argentina we have a high custom fee for imported cars)

Regards

The car is fitted with the Fuel burning heater. These were removed during project drive in Nov 2002, so possibly before that.
