Did not realise that Xpart is now a company called Motorclan. Have I been missing something?

I believe Motaclan is Ron Leacy’s latest venture. I didn’t know it was Xpart.

Well...... X-Part is still a trading company last time I looked. Maybe a joint venture until X-Part withdraws any present holding?

From Motaclan's website "Leacy Group acquired MG Rover parts supplier XPart in 2017 and Racing Green’s TVR assets in 2022 and so Motaclan was born, bringing these companies together under one name."

Leacy Group is an entity of "significant control" in XPart Limited i.e. a major shareholder.
