Morning every one,clearish sky out there sun just coming up over the yard arm.

More expence looming the wifes stair lift is giving up the ghost.
Not had a mechanical breakdown in 14 years so cant complain,Other than new batterys its done well.But like our cars bits are now becoming obsolete.

From what i know of stair lifts was good at comeing out to them. But sometimes parts was a problem my nan had one for years.
hope you get it sorted quickly

Off to the Dracula nurse this morning ,after being on the Statins for a month the doc wants another test done

Then its off to the beach for a bit of fishing and hopefully catch something for tea

Well - that's the first bit of Monday's chores done - mile walk to son's house - damp from overnight rain, but not actually raining.
Half an hours breathing space now before we set off for school - and then a mile and a half home - for breakfast, about 9.35.

How times change - grandson, aged 8, playing on Minecraft - granddaughter, 4 come March - playing on tablet
Grandad - surfing on son's laptop - which looks as if someone has used the keyboard as a plate for a takeaway curry

I'm shortly due for 6 month blood sugar test AND annual heart check - which includes weighing me - followed no doubt by the usual lecture about exercise and healthy eating
