Default Boot not opening on fob or button.

Hi everyone, my MK2 Boot does not seem to want to open as of this morning, just suddenly stopped working. Pressing the boot release button does nothing and neither does the fob button.

I was just wondering, is there a fuse for it, and does anyone know which one it may be? I'm starting with the simple things first.

Thanks in advance for any help. :xmas-smiley-024:

So a fuse won't be the problem then? If the bcu was down, would it affect other things too? Not checked fully but I'm sure everything else is fine.

may be a knackered servomotor
got a skinny kid that can crawl into the boot and pull the liner back and trip it manually?

Well, tried a different solenoid but it looks like the wire for the switch operation is not getting power, live is fine. So the investigation continues, any idea where to start?

Thanks for that informative but ultimately useless comment.
