Brilliant,
I'd have done the same. Much better odds than the lottery! I'm watching this thread with bated breath!

just like when you buy a....
its like buying a xbox off ebay, receiving it and opening it to find that you've just bought a £200 brick! I hope you fair better and find you get something remotely useful. But the guy shutting his shop down straight after purchase, even if they were trying to get rid of one time bulk stock, smells very fishy!

If the box arrives I'll video the opening ceremony and youtube it as pictures will kinda ruin the suspense. I just hope it arrives before next Monday as I work away from home on weekdays.

Many years ago when working for Xerox I arranged carriage for a container of third world basic spec copiers to go to Nigeria, Well one 20ft container of basic copiers was collected by the shipping company for Tilbury and one 20ft container of breeze blocks arrived at Xerox Nigeria.
My comment that the blocks were probably more useful to them anyway didn't seem to go down well with the export dept. No sense of humour some people

On a non delivery I think the time before you could claim runs into several weeks if not months. You are being a good source of fun with this, if and when it comes to a youtube video, go the whole "hog" and show the box of Kleenex Etc Ken. |
