Morning, hellish night and I knew it was coming! Late yesterday I was pottering in the garden, spotted a wasp buzzing around me, hate wasps with a vengance! Involuntarily took a swing at it with my left arm, gave myself a double whammy, took the arm well out of the comfort zone involving a movement I avoid at all costs! As soon as I did it I knew it was going to be bad. Despite being (well) tanked up on painkillers virtually no sleep, shattered this morning and shoulder still hurts like hell.

I am not sure if we are going to Ruislip or not on Sunday. I am seeing the new Doctor tomorrow morning and hope she has something new to help me. Dr. Death was a miserable so and so I saw last week and I won't be seeing him again. Maybe Woof might give us a lift over, although he seems to make a long day of it leaving early and getting back late in the evenings. We will have to see
