That seems to be how it is Tony, but the GP quickly added on another opiate.
Now on four analgesics: Buprenorphine patch which is CD. ZaPain (Paracetamol 500mg + Codeine 30mg) Pregabalin 75mg twice daily and today she added Codeine 30 mg tablets for "breakthrough", all this I feel is too much on the liver. I might have to go to a private pain clinic if it gets bad, or the tablets make me sick. I am to have a duplex ultra sound on bad leg on 28/10, monitoring to see how the leg and bone is doing inside or not. And this week an X-Ray of the good leg as that is hurting at night. I had a bad fall and did the para roll to break the fall

Tony, I hope you feel better soon.

Morning everyone. Raining heavy here at the moment as can hear it bouncing off the corrageted steel shed roof and window. Only one thing for it is back to bed with a cuppa then bury myself under the duvet. Oh, the joys of retirement
