I had a full game of bowls last night,leg held out although it was a bit tender towards the end,it was good to get back to normal

Downside was we lost by 5 shots but I least I overcome the first hurdle,another game on Saturday to look forward to

It is getting a lot easier now Derek,the Doctor said last week to still expect some discomfort until next March,I can get around ok,but am still limping and the pain is more manageable.

And my Lurgi from the weekend has gone,it must have been a lot milder than our Jeff's man flu
