I am usually awake until 4 - 5 a.m as the pain around the foot embolism comes for me at night. I have an appt at the pain clinic on Thurs and hope they can sort it, without the need of another op to remove the emboli.

No worries Jeff, if I am awake I will leave you in peace.....

I pity the folk who think Jeff is Joking!!!

5.20am tuther morning wasnt it Jeff??

Good job I hadn't been to bed yet, but tonight is the problem. Work tomorrow, but for the past 2 weeks I have been going to bed at anywhere between 9am and Dinnertime. So what do i do tonight? Stay up and go straight to work? Or try and sleep early???

Stay up Graham then crash out when you get home tomorrow.

I've done it many times in the past, and always regret it come tea time!!

But I reckon that will be the plan of action, and try to have a steady day at work tomorrow
