That's the bolt that holds the thingummyjig onto the whatchamacallit right next to the bracket for the doofer.

At first I thought it was 2 of the pistons out of Debz car , one with a broken conrod , but you say they they are from a 75 so i have not got a clue

Are they studs for a bolt on item? maybe an alternator/air con pump/power steering pump?
