I absolutely agree - but when I'm out delivering to garages in the day, telephone calls would mostly be a case of 'I'll check and call you back when I'm in the office'.
I'd never get anything done - emails mean I can handle things when back at the desk with all dispatch notes etc to hand. Granted, we appear to have an issue somewhere which I'm looking into now - but it's worked well for many years. Delivery methods also appear to need work, it's not good that some orders have taken so long to land when in the hands of our couriers - also something I'm looking into.

We have a fair few bits you can’t just grab elsewhere. There’s plenty of suppliers, but each has their merits
