Blimey! Phil, That doesn't sound good, I hope the hospital can get to the cause of it quickly.

Oh hell - that's not what you need Phil.
Here's hoping they can sort you out quickly and get you back to normal.

Holy cr5p Phil what are you and Jessica doing to your selves, you are both always having problems, any way hope they get to the bottom of it, (no pun intended), and give our love to Jessica.

Thanks Julien,

Thanks guys, just seen the specialist and I am going to have a gastroscope, swallow the camera within the hour. No back end stuff today, I am relieved. He said if he finds an ulcer or a polyp, he will be able to clip it using wires etc, and if it bleeds during the procedure, same thing, he should be able to stop it. Thanks guys for all of your good thoughts and wishes, appreciated.

Euch, had that a couple of times, not pleasant but necessary. Hope it is something reasonably straightforward.

Afternoon everyone, miserable dark rainy day here.

smoked haddock in a creamy mustard sauce, mash sweetcorn & broccoli for tea.

Good luck with the gastroscope Phil.

Wet and manky night up here now, after a half decent (but bitterly cold) day. It's now windy and wet - rain slathering against the windows.
I've had a bit of a frustrating day, trying to get charities to take some of the unwanted furniture from my sister's bungalow. Two charities came along to see what they could take - but they were both very picky. "I suppose we could take that sideboard, but we wouldn't get a lot for it, so it's probably not worth us uplifting it"
