In the event the online process allows you to upload a photo with your online application and this I did after scanning one of the 4 prints into my laptop. Hopefully if all goes well my new passport will arrive within the passport office's 3-week eta but any further progress for now is dependent on my old passport arriving safely at the issuing office in Belfast - I sent it recorded delivery to facilitate this. |
