Seriously considering getting somebody in about whatever is tunnelling under a section of the garden. The hole I keep filling in reappeared, filled it with stones and covered the general area with a roof slate under the gravel this time. Judging by the "spoil" heap under the holly tree there's either a network like the London Underground or the thing is the size of a Labrador!

Morning everyone, Ugh! what day is it? I felt like I was coming down with something on Thursday afternoon when I took Mam for her six monthly heart check up at the hospital.

Sweat was dripping off my chin driving back in the car, I went straight to bed Thursday afternoon sweating shivering, diarrhea vomiting, heaven knows what bug I picked up!
I'm just out of my bed since Thursday and still feel dreadful, I'm changing the bed sheets & going back to my pit.
I feel like I could sleep for another week.

I'm almost one & a half stone lighter in the bargain too.
Catch you guys later.

Rev
It's the duck-billed platypuses (platypi ??) wot did it - unless there's a whole new species of giant moles in Edinburgh.

Yuk - that sounds 'orrible Ian - hope it disappears as quickly as it appeared.
There's definitely some sort of bug doing the rounds - the missus has done nowt for three days but shiver, complain of 'aching all over' and flop around 'cos she says she has no energy
