Door cards are easy to remove, it just a bit frightening the first time. Only one clip normally gets broken and the is the top outer edge one which is a non reuseable "Xmas Tree" type.
Removal of the door cards takes about 3 minutes - be brave!

Hi Paul,
Have you sold your old mirrors yet? Some numpty's just knocked off my o/s door mirror, breaking the swivel mounting post and damaging the outer surround (Grrr)> Would your mirrors include the swivel mounting posts? I'll PM you my phone No., or drop me a quick e-mail if you like (assuming you haven't sold them already, of course!). Cheers, Pete. |

Yes - they include everything upto the triangular plate which mounts on the door. NO covers of course, you'd have to salvage your own . Let me know |

Hi Grey Ghost,
I'm not sure why, but I've just had to re-register my details to log onto the forum.... I entered the forum via the website, and it didn't recognise my log-on details. Maybe something to do with the recent website changes? Anyway, nice to hear from you - and hopefully thanks to Paul I'll be able to quickly fix my mirror!! Thankfully no other damage. Hopefully see you at the next meet meet, Pete. |

Hi Pete
Over here we have a completely different system to .org - the two are unrelated - so the only way in is to re-register, but now you are in I'm glad you are here Welcome!

You're a saviour Paul, I really appreciate your help:lol: . Without the 75-ZT club I suppose I'd have have ended up buying a brand new mirror at some extortionate price.
Hopefully you can make it to one of the club meets, and show off your power fold mirrors! PS. The date of manufacture of your mirrors is virtually identical to mine! (yours are much better of course, because the're in one piece..... Thanks again, Pete. |
