I bled mine recently and, after first attempt, was concerned that they weren't as firm as they should be.
For the second attempt with the front jacked up & the wheels off I ran the engine to spin the wheels than braked a few times. Did a bit more bleeding then repeated the process. I'm guessing that the ABS valves might have opened during the braking but its only a guess.
The brakes are now firmer than ever so I'm happy but of course it might be that just a normal second bleed would have got the same result...

If you find an empty car park with a little bit of loose gravel then a few slow speed stops to make the ABS kick in as you apply the brakes sharply will shift the air out of the ABS unit with a bit of luck.---


Does that sound feasible ???
