On the 75/ZT there is a plastic mushroom under the pedal, screwed into a nut in the floor. This forms the end stop, so carefully adjust it until you reach 99%.

(It will read 0 instead of 100% as I think its only a 2 digit display and its important not to be able to move the pedal beyond 100% and you wouldn't know if you were as it will always read 0 - if that makes sense!)

On the L series, you can bend the end stop on the tps mounting bracket under the bonnet.

From looking back at the archives it looks like the head doesn't come off and you just turn this? I need to get mine sorted as it was reading 88%, I may have a look this afternoon and let you know.

It'd be interesting to see what the findings are on this. IIRC it's one of the things Roverron mentions on his website.

It might be feasible that Andrew will see an improvement, only having 78% though.

I had a quick look this afternoon but couldn't see this 'plastic mushroom' so I'm going to have another bash at it tomorrow. 78% does sound very low, I'd at least expect it to be within 10% tolerance.

I'm still trying to figure out the pedal stop.... I think one needs to slip a spanner under the "mushroom", slacken the locking nut, turn by hand the "mushroom" and then lock up again... anyway, will give this a go this weekend....... That's my theory, seems logical....
