Is this because of the sub that underslings the parcel shelf? Bloomin' massive it is, but doesn't seem to do much.

Bearing in mind that an LPG tank can only be filled to 80% capacity, that fuel consumption will be marginally greater and the tank would have a very limited capacity, it would probably need to refuel every 100-150 miles. Also, nowhere for the spare wheel and the box of emergency parts .

Hmm, this is going to be a little more difficult than I thought....

I'd only consider an estate*, so the H&K wouldn't be a problem (In any case, I'd move it!) Jonathan *Need the carrying capacity, prefer the styling, and much better headroom in the back! |

Not sure what David Nash's tank size was but he has had it fitted in the same way as you Phil.

Update still working on car not had it back yet. Due to H&K back speakers I now have a 90 ltr tank which gives me 72 litres of gas so not to bad. From purchasing the car always had a engine management light on so asked the gas installer to fix this for me. He told me the fault was catalytic converter failure but then told me the car had no cats and was just a straight exhaust with 2 back boxes always thought she had lovely note at the back. Will have to get photos of the underneath.
Phil PS car was one of the first Rover V8s development cars even says MG ZT 260 on the log book |
