Default Brake discs

Need to replace front and rear brake discs on my ZT-T 190, was thinking of MTEC discs and pads, has anyone used these or had any issues?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
Paul.

I have mtec drilled and grooved front and rear on mine with the gold coating.
Also used their pads all round.
Been on for about 6 months and no problems yet.
No squealing and no rust .

Only thing is you get a bit of noise off the discs if it has been standing for a couple of days and its rained , but 1 firm push of the pedal sorts it out.

I haven’t used them on a 75 but I have them on my track car and use brembo pads. Very little rust considering the use and the car stops like nothing else. No issues with warping but they are oversized for the car really so even on track they do t get too hot.
I would definitely buy again for my particular car

I was looking at the drilled and grooved with black coating and MTEC pads - £245.00 plus postage.

I had Borg and Beck front discs and pads from DMGRS.
No problems so far after about 1500 miles

Talking Result!

Just payed for the discs and pads, got automatic 10% discount, free copper grease and free postage - total £227.15!
Happy with that, just got to wait for them to turn up.

I always find it fascinating there's never one simple answer to an apparently simple question on the subject of cars. I inherited MTEC discs and pads on my 190 and they seem to work very well with no vibrations and smooth even on heavy braking. Now I'm left wondering whether alternatives might work even better? I going with ' If it ain't broke etc' for now

I fitted mine with drilled and slotted, along with greenstuff pads. Works a treat
