Default door cards

I was looking at second hand door cards on ebay and notice that some are described as being "for Mk1" and some for "Facelift.

Are there any actual differences between Mk1 and Facelift, or perhaps sellers are just describing the car they were taken from and in fact they are identical?

The door cards are identical, it's the material that's different in the centre of the card, on the facelift it's a better quality.

Must be the only thing on the interior of a facelift that is better quality
