I got a skip to put the "old" flattened kitchen units into as I'm finishing up the refit. I dropped the old worktop over the side but it bounced at an awkward angle and ended up askew in the bottom corner of the skip taking up too much space. "No problem" I thought "Just hop into the skip and straighten it up against the side". My "hop" must have been a sight to behold as my foot only managed to get about half way up the skip and my chest whacked it as I bounced off! That didn't used to happen when I used to jump on and off HGVs twenty five years ago!!!! I just smiled to myself, grabbed a sweeping brush and levered the worktop to a better position in the skip! Muscle mass? What muscles?
