Lower Front Suspension Arm.
I know that cheaper usually doesn't mean better, but the price is very appealing. Chinese perhaps, but so has Roewe, I guess. Anyone any experience with these ? Seller says "excellent quality"

Really depends on how much you enjoy doing the job because they probably won't last.
Funnily enough I've yet to hear of an Ebay car parts seller describing his items as poor quality, they are always excellent, OEM quality or such like. |

Changed my lower arm bushes yesterday, cheapies from e bay (yes I know) not half as meaty as the origionals so I guess I will be doing them again sometime soon.
I did however find a way of making the job easier, just change the rear bolt to a stub and drop the bracket on, makes alighnment so much easier. Gaz |

Sorry I meant stud, in my case a piece of 14mm 316 ss stud iron cut to the length of the bolt thread.

I assume you removed the stud and put the other bolt in and not left the bush held in with just one bolt.

No, just put a nut on the stud and pulled up tight, thats before I put the front bolt in. A couple of taps with a hammer to get the front bolt lined up perfectly and after wire brushing and greasing screwed in with fingers then pulled up tight with an offset ringy

Hi,
I have these arms fitted. They were fitted 5000 miles ago (3 months) and have proved fine no problems so far despite the dire warnings of disaster. They dont look as shiny as the OE ones but are exactly the same shape and size. I bought them seperatly for £34 each cheaper than the selling price now. Service was good andf they were delivered in 48hrs from ordering. I would however say change the mounting bush at the same time and buy Jules uprated one expensive at £66 for the pair but worth it. Richard
