And of course its value will reduce quite quickly as our car numbers get less and less with age.

I doubt it Jon, as they are used for Land Rover Range Rover and late classic Mini models.

Most if not all of these have a larger residual value than the 75 and ZT excluding the V8 models, and certainly a larger following.

The 75 may be one of the most complex cars ever produced by Rover, but by no means the most desirable, or collectable (at the moment).

TestBook is needed for a great many operations, where other machines simply cannot be used.

Location, my hubby keeps them all over the house

Default Rover 75 T4

Thanks for this great map.

As I am in NW London it highkights that West End Lane Motors are the cloeset place to get a dianostics test done.

Do I definitely need a T4 specialist to read my Rover 75 (Auto 2.5v petrol) or can any decent garage be able to connect to the software system?

Thanks.
JD

Needs to be a T4. It was designed by MGR specifically to work with 75s etc.

Default T4 garage in the North East

I believe Turnbull Motors in Washington Newcastle upon Tyne have a T4 diagnostic machine, according to their website.

Can they be added to the T4 map

Hi Simon, Thanks for the reply.
Things have become strange.
I bought a Yesper yj20 so I could jump start the car until I had a solution.
After disconnecting the battery on Monday, today there was no power. So I connected the Yesper, but that didnt work either.
However, when pulled out the key, the engine began turning over continuously!!! I disconnected the Yesper, still the engine turned over. The only solution was to disconnect the negative terminal on the battery.

When I attempted to reconnect the terminal, sparks fly everywhere and the engines begins to turn over.

The negative terminal on the battery is now slightly damaged due to the sparking.
I frighten to connect the battery again.

Never seen anything like it.

Any ideas?

Map updated with West End Lane Motors and Turnbull Motors, apologies for taking a while to do it.

Can I remind you to make me aware of any additions/subtractions needed on the map.

Hi Steve.
I think you will find that a lot of the traders on the map are no longer traders, but still have the T4 so they may need to be turned blue as opposed to red.
